never better said

Some NGOs became overtime a permanent mid/large organization […] and grew overtime, as any organization, their own life and needs. […] When survival becomes the first point of the agenda of the organization, when the social roots are no longer a popular movement but turned into a few tens of technicians who’ve become “pro” cooperators, when promoting the logo becomes more important than the social change to make, when the main skill is writing a project and keep good relationships with the donors…then, that’s when there’s a crisis.
